One app for the whole dive center.
A single web app for phones, laptops and desktops that the whole team works in, from the front desk to the boat.
- Calendar. Day, week, 14-day and month views, finding a guest in seconds, and the paperwork still to chase.
- Check-in. Guests fill in their form online, and the signed waiver is filed as a PDF in the center's own Drive.
- Map. The dive sites, and where the team is during the working day.
- Chat. Team channels, with the roster posted every morning and evening.
- Money. Cashflow and commission, exported to a spreadsheet or a PDF.
- Equipment. The center's gear, tracked in one place.
- Inbox. WhatsApp and Instagram messages in one place, being connected now.
- Safe by default. Backed up every night into the center's own Drive.

Where JARVIS began.
FRIDAY was our assistant in Google Chat: the team booked, checked and asked through chat, and FRIDAY kept the center's records in a Google Sheet. The engine behind it still works today, keeping that sheet and the JARVIS App in step.
It showed us what a dive center needs from software, and the JARVIS App grew from it.

Our own AI General Manager.
Z.O.E.Y works for our founder and helps run the company's day. Z.O.E.Y is ours and not for sale, but shows what an AI built around one business can do.

- Knows the numbers. Finance and team reports drawn from the JARVIS App.
